TICKET ARCHIVE -> -35 Error

When trying to log into a file server, user gets error message:
The operation cannot be completed because one or more required items cannot be found. (Error code -35). This started after a recent Tiger install. His system seems to be missing a System resource for logging in? Haven't found a solution yet. Any help would be appreciated!
