Is there another way to reset all the settings on the Airport Extreme? My computer can't find my Base Stations and I want to start from scratch. Holding the reset button for five seconds (or longer) isn't working in neither is unplug/plug option.

If after that you have problems, look in the System Profiler and see if it recognizes the Base Station, and the Network PreferencePane.
