TICKET ARCHIVE -> apple fax sender

Model: power PC Performa 6360
RAM: 64meg
RAM Enhancer: Virtual Memory
OS Version: System 7.5.5
Description:
1) I can not send multiple files at one time using the quick fax feature. Every time I try this, it goes into idle mode and will not go past this mode. It does work if I am in a program and sen just the file that is open. I am using a Performa 6360.
2) When I get on the Internet my program will crash after downloading a page that contains graphics. I am using Communicator 4.x and gave it 16 meg. of virtual memory.I would appreciate if you can give me some advice to these two problems as to what to do.

Agustin,
I believe that the quick fax feature will only send the current document, it is not designed to fax multiple files. What fax software are you using?
What kind of crash, does it provide any error codes? You may want to reinstall Communicator.
