TICKET ARCHIVE -> Browser can't find server

I'm having problems navigating the Silpada website (www.silpada.com). Safari let's me get as far as to enter my log in info however does not allow me to log on. I get the error "Safari can't find server". I have the same exact problem using Opera. Firefox will let me log on usually but I can only navigate the website for about 10 minutes then it starts with the same type of error. I can access and navigate the website just fine from my pc, which has the same internet provider as my mac. I have emptied caches, reset the browsers, unchecked the web proxy, turned off all firewalls. Any suggestions on what to try next?

Try creating a test user account on the mac, log in and try each of the 3 browsers. See if they work and for how long...


This will let you know if it is a user specific issue or something with the whole OS. You may also want to talk to the server admin and find out if anything has changed on their side that would effect the Mac but not the PC.

I've logged on as a generic user and Safari actually let me get as far as inserting an order, however, it didn't go through. I got the same error. Firefox nor Opera let me even get to the home page. I did call my Internet provider and he said there wasn't anything different on their end. Thanks for helping!!
