Knowledge Level: Expert but stumped

Problem: Software
Computer Type: apple
Model: g 3 mt
RAM: 65+
RAM Enhancer: None
OS Version: MacOS 8.1

Description:
Normally, I can scroll thru the open app's by hitting command-tab in the finder to see whats open and to switch btwn prgms....I ve rebuilt the DT, zapped PRAM, trashed the finder preferences...but cannot get it back...
I recently trashed a copy of 'copypaste' and got a copypaste error msg the last time i used command-tab...
I ve since trashed copypaste...but still cant get the old favorite function back...any help is appreciated..great service you guys!

Hello Mark,
Do you have Microsoft Office installed on your Mac?
If so then MS Office Manager probably is disabled or if you go into the
"customize" part of Office Manager make sure Quickswitch is enabled.

It is most likely this. If not let me know and I'll see whatelse might
be the problem. I believe there is a shareware control panel that also
gives users the Command-tab option. But this feature isn't a part of
MacOS 8.1 or any other version until MacOS 8.5 comes out.
