Description:
I'm trying to send a photo in jpg format to a PC type friend and I wish to convert the photo into GIF format. I'm using
Graphic Converter 3.1. I have been through everything on the title bar menu but can find nothing to lead to changing formats, even though I know it can be done. The "Read Me" in GC didn't give a clue, either.
I'd appreciate it if you could give me a 1-2-3 rundown on how to accomplish this conversion.
Thanks

Hi Ann and welcome to No Wonder!
1. Open the image/photo in Graphic Converter, then select Save As... from the File menu.
2. In the window that appears, select GIF from the format pop-up menu and save the file.
3. You will now have a new copy of the image, but this time it will be in GIF format.
Cheers
Andy Mitchell
