PROBLEM: No Problem
COMPUTER TYPE:
MODEL: Pentium II 266
RAM: Not related
OS VERSION: Windows 95
SERVICE PACK:

DESCRIPTION:

I am trying to copy files from my a:drive to my zip drive. I recieve the folling message:
Error Copying File

Cannot create or replace lgls 1042file name).
The directory or file cannot be created.

OK
I can copy some of the files without any problems.

Hi Eugene...Welcome to No Wonder.

This could be caused by a couple of things.

If the file you are copying is a read-only file, then it may not be able to write the file.

If the floppy disk you are using has gone bad (this happens very often), then you won't be able to copy the file.
