TICKET ARCHIVE -> DB query + a bomb

Description:
I have two questions which, I assume, are unrelated.
1. Please tell me how to print only certain records of a
large database file in ClarisWorks 4.0. With MicrosoftWorks I could "mark" records for printing, but I can find nothing comparable to that in my ClarisWorks menus or manual. (And I read the "d . . ." manual, promise!)
2. After working on the aforementioned DB much of the day, my computer crashed as it was shutting down. The following "Bomb" message was displayed:
"Sorry, a system error occurred.
'Finder'
bus error. RESTART"
The restart button did not work, so I had to do a Force Restart. I immediately ran Norton Disk Dr. and minor problems were fixed. To be safe, I trashed my Finder Preferences before shutting down again.
I have NEVER had a crash at shutdown. I had worked on the above database much of the day and had surfed the net a while and exchanged e-mails, but had downloaded nor installed any new software. Three days before the crash, I did download, but have not as yet installed the following software from Casady & Greene: Conflict Catcher 8 Update.1 and Sherlock Assistant.
Two days before the crash, when Norton Utilities File Saver was scanning during my shutdown, I got the following message:
"Examined the file ATM Temp.ATM.
An error occurred during the scan.
CONTINUE"
I rebuilt my desktop when I restarted.
Help me, if you can.

Thank you for using No Wonder.
1. In order to print certain records you need to find the ones you want using the Find Layout in the menu. It may be better to add a new field to find all those in that group. Once you have found them you can then print the required fields with no problems.
2. This one could be a few things. If the problem has not occurred again then I would not really worry about it. The ATM file is a temporary file and therefore there is no reason to worry. If the problem returns then please do not hesitate to email me.
