Came home today, and my Dual 500MHz G4 was dead. The outlet has power, I tried other power cords, but no dice.
Is there a fuse or GFI thing in it somewhere?
Can I replace the power supply?
Is it worth it?

Try this:
unplug the power cord, open the side door, and find the battery - probably near the edge where the drives plug in, close to the PCI slots. Pull the battery out. Disconnect the big white power supply connector near that edge. Let this sit for about 10 minutes.
Plug the power supply connector back in. Reinsert the battery. Press the little button near the battery (black, on a silver square). Do not hold this button in. Just press and release. Do not press a second time. Wait 10 seconds. Plug your power cord in. Wait 10 more seconds. Press the power button on the front panel.
Anything happen? Listen for the startup chime. Watch for the fans to start running. Listen for the hard drive. And, most important, watch to see if the video comes on, and then continues to boot normally.
If none of this happens, then you might have a failed power supply. You could also have a failed logic board/processor. Those items have to be working before the system will boot.
Again, if nothing at all happens, power supply would likely be bad.
Hope you don't get this far, Good luck!

Well, it didn't work, but I found it interesting.
What was I doing, exactly?

A full reset of the logic board. Sometimes a power failure (in your building) can cause the logic board to prevent booting - it's all locked up. This can get it going again, as you reset all the power paths.
So, nothing at all happens - no power light, no fans, no start chime, nothing?
I usually try:
removing any PCI cards
reseating the video card
reseating the memory
reseating the processor
Doesn't usually help, as the power supply is likely bad if you get nothing at all.
