Description:
I'm using Navigator 3.0 and I am having trouble decoding MIME/Base64, Binhex and other attachments. I seem to have the appropriate helpers and plug ins in place. If you could steer me towards some book/article/literature that deals with this subject in detail, I would be most grateful. I have been a Mac user since 1987, and have been using the Internet for the last year or so.

Tony,
My name is Cheryl and I will be helping you today. I do suggest that you get the newest Stuffit Expander 4.5 and DropStuff 4.5 The later has an enhanced expander engine. The DropStuff is a share ware the Expander is freeware. You can download them from
or from MacDownload
or from Version Tracker

For reading, you could try the book"The MacDemystified" by Sandy Clark
It is a good Mac Desktop reference book .
Keep me posted on how you do.
Cheryl
