Jim-

Get Tweak UI from the 98 installation disk.
Probably the easiest way to do this is to press F3 and do a search on the Windows install disk for a file called tweakui.inf. It should be in the folder Tools/ ResKit/ PowerToys. From here, just right-click on the file TweakUI.inf and select install; it will install for you automatically.

If that doesn't work, go here: http://hotfiles.zdnet.com/cgi-bin/te...n?fcode=000LV3 and install from ZDNet

You can then find the Icon TweakUI (Tweak User Interface)in the control panel with a tab for the desktop. Just uncheck the Neighborhood and briefcase and any other ones that will take up space on the now well-organized desktop.

Cheerie Oh!
