OS Version: System 7.5.2

Description:
On PCs there's this program called "Dial Up Networking" that is generally pre-installed on all PCs when you purchase it. It allows someone to dial-up to their office server and work from home -- look at programs from home, etc.

What software on Mac has this dial-up networking capability? (FreePPP)?

Hi Maya

In System 7.5.2, I believe the appropriate dialup software is called MacTCP. It's freeware and available online, BUT I'd use FreePPP. It's my favorite, easy to use, and quite reliable. It's written by Steve Dagley, a lead programmer for Netscape.
FreePPP will serve the same functions as PC's Dial Up Networking. You should recognize some of the same options immediately, too. It's freeware, and available at www.rockstar.com, if my memory serves me correctly.

Please reply to this message if you have any further questions and/or comments.
