when i try to download anything off the net, after it tells me my download was successfull, it asks what program i want to run it on or it wants a key to run the image. i have no idea what i'm doing! thanks for any help you can offer.

Hi my name is Tim I'm a tech with No Wonder. What type of file was it you downloaded? It may be as easy as setting a default, or you may need to download the program to open that file.
