Since I have installed the tiger with Safari 2.0 (a clean install including erasing the hard disk) every time I try to download a file through safari I get the following message:
"DapPlugin is unable to find Download Accelerator Plus Application. Please make sure to Launch DAP to complete the installation"

Then a Safari page appears which says:
"Safari can’t find the file.
No file exists at the address “/Applications/Dap.app/Contents/Resources/PluginPage.htm”.

In the application folder there is a file called DapPipe with zero k in it. I deleted it following an advice posted here, and it keeps being created when I try to download, repeating the same result.
Please help....
Thanks,
Micha

Micha

Download Accelerator Plus is a program for downloading.

Look in both these folders;

user>library>internet plugins

library>internet plugins

Remove anything releated to this and restart and try.
