TICKET ARCHIVE -> email problems

Description:
Upon downloading and installing Netscape Communicator 4.5 v 2 beta, I can not access all my old email files. They are present in my Netscape folder, in my preferences folder, but do not show up. Please help!

Hi Steve and welcome to No Wonder!

As you know Communicator is beta so it is still full of bugs so we cannot really help you.
There seems to be a few problems with mail in this version so you are not alone.

I would suggest that you use Communicator 4.06 or 4.5pr1 until the next beta has been released and hopefully mail will function correctly.

Send an email to netscape reporting the bug.
