Hi, I recently downloaded Checkit 5.0 and cleansweep4.0 I installed them. However,
I get this error message when I try to run the programs.

What's going on?
How can I fix it.
I use netscape communicator 4.06 but I have iexplorer 3.0
installed.

Did you use cleansweep? If so, it might've inadvertently deleted
shlwapi.dll. You probably should attempt to restore that file, either
by reinstalling Netscape Communicator or Internet Explorer. Cleansweep
also might save the file somewhere for awhile before it deletes it --
