DESCRIPTION:
Installed exchange for my wifes company.
Runs fine. The logs got too big so I deleted them.
Now it gets an error trying to connect to the ISP for mail.

After making your question available to our entire staff, I'm sorry to say that we are unable to find a solution to your problem.
The only thing I can suggest is to double-check the TCP properties to make sure they are set correctly.
