Description:
When I try to open Internet Explorer 4 I get a message that it has crashed with (Unmapped Memory Exception) as the reason - what does this mean and how can I fix it?

Hello, welcome to Nowonder Free Tech Support, I'm robertw.
This usually means the application doesn't have enough memory.
Try increasing the memory for IE. Open the IE folder, highlight the IE main icon, go to FILE, down to GET INFO. In the window that opens,, you can increase the memory.
Are you using Norton Crash Guard. Let me know.
