Description:
Recently, I have been experiencing somewhat random Type 11 error under system 7.5. I then upgraded to 8.5 and now am experiencing Finder Error Type 41 specifically when I am using the scanner. It occurs after the scanner has finished the pass and when it is trying to open a window to display the artwork. Apple tech library comes up with a multiple monitor problem with the Powerbook 180 serries, obviously does not apply to me.

Try trashing your finder preferences once. If you still have problems, I would turm off some extensions and troubleshoot a possible extension conflict.
