Description:
Trying to print report from Quicken for Mac V5. When I select *Print Report* computer freezes and I get an error msg. Can't even "Force Quit." Installed 8.1 in Feb,98 & "think" I printed a report after that. I have re-installed Quicken, re-built desktop and everything I can think of. Maybe I have to upgrade. Any response appreciated. Thanks...Pat

Hi Pat,
Welcome to No Wonder. I'm Myra. I'll be helping you.

It is a good idea to use the newest version of a product when your useing a new software system. Update Agent will tell you about all software that needs to be upgraded. You can find more information on this here:
http://www.nowonder.com/updateagent/index.html

Use Disk First Aid 8.2 to ensure there are no disk errors.

Give Quicken more memory.

Look for a software, extension, or font conflict.

Drag your Quicken preference to the trash. Relaunch Quicken, a new and clean preference has been set. You can now empty the trash.

Let me know if this helps!
