I recently downloaded AOL version 4.0 and when Im on the web The screen occasionaly freezes. I keep the browser cache empty etc. Can you help me?

Hi Richard, welcome to Nowonder, I'm robertw.
Sure can help. Trash everything related to 4.0, do a search to make sure you've found everything, then go back to 3.0. When the finished version of 4.0 comes out, download it then. Right now, it's just a preview(beta) version. A lot of problems with it.
