KNOWLEDGE LEVEL: Beginner

PROBLEM: Combination
COMPUTER TYPE: Packard Bell
MODEL: pentium 133
RAM: 32meg
OS VERSION: Windows 95
SERVICE PACK:

DESCRIPTION:

I wanted to have 2 gameports for playing various games.
Packard Bell only had one so I bought Gamecard3 Automatic.
I installed it in the computer no problem but I cant get it to work both joysticks. I still only have 1 working. At the moment it is in my computer but it is uninstalled again. I have always followed the directions when installing the software but when it comes to the part that says"Double-click the Sound, video & game controllers cat. Then scroll down in the manufacturers' list and select Microsoft. In my computer there is no Microsoft manufactorer in that cat.
Thanks for any help you can give me.
