PROBLEM: Software
COMPUTER TYPE: IBM compatible
MODEL: pentium 133
RAM: Not related
OS VERSION: Windows 95
SERVICE PACK: 4.00.950.B

DESCRIPTION:

Hi,
I am developing an application in which I have to use some
standard windows help files. I am using a software called
windows help designer for this purpose. As you know when you open a certain help file it displays the contents window by default. My question is about the command line that should be used to open the help file with a specific topic displayed in its window (instead of the default contents window).
