Description:
Have IMAC, 190cs powerbook with ethernet card, and laserwriter 600/8 that does not have ethernet capability. Also Farallon iprintLT adapter and Starlite 5 hub. Exactly what cables do I need (by no., type please to connect all so powerbook and Imac can use the laserwriter? Thanks.

Linda,

You'll use the LocalTalk connector attached to the Powerbook to connect to the Mini-din 8 port on the iTalk.

You'll need three ethernet patch cables (straight through), one to connect the RJ-45 of the iTalk to the hub, one to connect the powerbook to the hub, and one to connect the iMac to the hub.
