The display on my monitor is angled approximately 5 degrees. It is an Apple Audiovision 14, and I cannot find any adjustments on the outside.

Hi welcome to Nowonder
If you look on the back of the monitor there is a spot up towards the top that has a couple of screws in it if you unscrew that - that is where you make the adjustments.
