Hi

As I have now completely converted to Mac from windows, I would like to use iChat, is it possible to log into iChat using my dot net passport and also import my contact list from msn?

Aloha,

I have done this in the past with 10.4 and iChat. It shouldn't be that much more difficult. Here are some decent instructions on what to do, and this is the exact way that I did it. These directions seem a bit discombobulated, but they do work. One Caveat though, I found that by using a Jabber server for all my accounts (I used it for msn, yahoo, and google at the time) that I lost some of the more advanced functions of the parent chat client like photo sharing and file transfers.
