Description:
My Macintosh provider moved very far away. I am in dire need of ink cartrages. I don't know where to find them. I have a Color Style Writer Pro printer. The number is 9409. Please help quickly because I have an exam due this Saturday and I'm out of black ink!

Dear Heather Magee,

You can call one of the major Mac catalog/mail order vendors. They all work by overnight mail, so hopefully you can have your ink tomorrow (Friday). Here are the names of a few of them:

MacConnection 1-800-800-2222
MacMall 1-800-222-2808
MacWarehouse 1-800-255-6227
Club Mac 1-800-258-2622

MacConnection is a nice place, smaller but personal. A good place to start if you have a credit card. It doesn't do COD's (payment on delivery), however. If you want overnight COD, MacMall offers this. MacWarehouse is a huge place so it's always a good choice to try to find anything. If you're ordering COD, however, they don't offer overnight service as far as I'm aware. COD ordering generally requires payment by a bank check or money order. One place that may permit overnight COD using a regular check is Club Mac. You will probably have to fax them your check in advance.

These places also have a web presence. MacConnection (just type in the name as your URL); MacMall (just type in name as your URL); MacWarehouse ; and Club Mac .
