I would like to insert pictures while in the chat room. I notice other chatters inserting roses,crying babies, etc.etal.
I would like to do same. Where do I go into windows-95 to accomplish this function.
I am strictly a novice.

Dear Jack,

This is dependent on what software you're using - the pictures may be proprietary icons (found somewhere within the application) to jpeg files inserted into the chat space. Check either the help file or documentation included with the chat software, or even better, try to find someone in the chat room who you can be friendly with and who can help you out in this area.
