Knowledge Level: Expert but stumped
Problem: Hardware
Computer Type: apple
Model: Power Book 5300 cs
RAM: Not related
RAM Enhancer: None
OS Version: Not related

Description:
The internal battery that keep the time and date has lost its charge. I am looking for a new one, but all I get is it will cost $140+ and nobody has the battery to sell me. Each dealer wants to do the fix, but they have to ship it out to someone to do.

I can open the box and put the battery in if I can get one at a reasonable price.

Your assistance in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
