I am service #151296 but haven't heard from you in 24 hrs.
Problem: Receiving the following:
(1) The folder has been damaged. It will now be repaired OUTBOX *Repair not made
(2) The message could not be sent. An error has occurred.
(3) The folder is being accessed by another process and cannot be repaired. Retry * Retry not successful

Nan, I went over the open questions and I saw your question. We still have it but we haven't been able to find a good answer for you yet. While MOST questions get answered within 24 hrs, some just stump us, and I think this is one of them. Please allow us a little bit of extra time. In the meantime, you may want to try uninstalling and reinstalling Outlook and see if that fixes any possibly damaged DLLs.
