Right after windows 95 comes up, a box opens saying

Program Error
Your program is making an invalid dynamic link call to a .DLL file


Not sure where to look really.
Any help would be appreciated.
oh., and I did run scandisk and Defrag also. Also tried re-installing windows 95.

Hi Rick...Welcome to No Wonder.

One of the first places to look for which program is generating the error is the Start-up Group in your C:\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup folder.

If there is more than one program here, you will have to do this by trial and error. Browse to the Startup folder and double-click each program listed there. When you find the program that is causing the error (the same error message should appear when you run it), you will have to re-install that program.

What has most likey happened is that one or more files associated with that program has gone corrupt and needs to be replaced. This is why you have to re-install the program...to replace lost/corrupt files.
