How do you change scusi no 5 on built in g3 mini 266 w 96 mb. as it will not work with retrospect express. how do you get update for norton utilities 3.5 for g3?

Paul,
My name is Cheryl and I will be helping you. First Restrospect Express is a back up program. It is not designed to change SCSI ID numbers. I must ask why you would want to change the SCSI number. Five is a good place for it. Especailly if you add a scanner. The scanner should always be last or #6.
Norton Utilities has not yet released the update from 3.5 You can still use it if you have the standard formating. Not the HFS+. You can also use
TechTool Pro 2 . You can check it out at
