Where on Mail 1.2.5 (Jaguar OS X 10.2.8) can I change the settings to send windows friendly attachments?

Hi Meesh
Your version of Mail should have a Windows Friendly attachments option in the Attach dialogue. If not, check Edit > Attachments > Always Send Windows
Friendly Attachments

I'm using Mail v 1.2.5 and I do not see an option to do this...
there is an option "Attach file" which if I click it it allows me to attach a file- but there is no place to choose windows friendly attachments or anything like it... again- I am on Jaguar

I believe windows friendly attachments was an option in Mail 1.3.3 and later, and not in the Jaguar version from what I can find out.
To get around this if there's a problem with PC users recieving your files, you could zip or stuff them.
