how do I get forgotten keychain password.

Hi Alice

Open the Keychain application in your Utility folder. Highlight the name you want the password for, check the Box Show Password, and click the Password icon in the Menu Bar

were do I find the utility folder?

The Utility folder is inside the Application folder.

I am still having trouble in that box there is about 4 differt
items and they want a password to get into them.

the password will be the main password for your machine.
