Dear Mac help,

Could you tell me how to print the screen to show all the mail headers (in a particular folder) rather than the whole email please?

Many thanks

Anne,

My name is Cheryl and I will be assisting you, but I want to make sure I understand your question.

Do you want to print just the window showing all your email list of a specific mailbox/folder?
If this is the case, the only way to do this is to use Grab or screen capture, then print the picture 1 that shows up on your desktop.

To do a screen capture, move the mouse pointer to the top left of the mailbox window.
Hold down the Shift and the Apple key, then hit the 4.
You will see cross hairs appear where you mouse pointer was.
Hold down the mouse button and move the mouse down and across the window to the left. You will see a gray color over what will be in the picture.

When you have the mailbox window covered with gray, release the mouse button. You will hear a click like a camera shutter.

On your desktop will be Picture 1. Preview will open it and you can print from there.

If I misunderstood your question, please let me know.
