OS Version: MacOS 8.1

Description:
When starting from sleep the menu bar diseapears and a black strip at the bottom of the screen appears. Everything works as usual. The cursor diseapears at the top of the screen, and can open the menus which are invisible.
If I try to restart immidiately, the same thing happen, but if I wait 1 hour the display is normal again.

I would run a virus check against your Hard Drive. And then I would do a clean install of the OS.
