DESCRIPTION:

I recently installed Windows 98 onto my computer on which I was using Windows 95. When I tried to use Microsoft Works for the first time since the change, I get the message:
MSWorks caused a general protection fault in module MMSYSTEM.DLL as 000a:00000032. THis program will shut down. I cannot figure out what has happened, but I can't use Microsoft Works as a result.
Please help. It would be appreciated!! THANKS!!

Hi Marlene

Welcome to NoWonder

You should uninstall Microsoft Works and then reinstall it this will clear the problem you are experiencing.
