Help!

With or without the V34 script, I can only connect to my ISP (Mindspring. Hey, I'm in Atlanta) one out of ten times. Mindspring has thrown up their hands and claimed that the modem is faulty.

I also have a PB1400cs with a GV 33.6 modem, and have no problems with that (whatsoever).

Any ideas? I've already tried every init string, deleting preferences,etc. Any heads up on a firmware patch from Apple?
