KNOWLEDGE LEVEL: Intermediate

PROBLEM: Software
COMPUTER TYPE: Micron
MODEL: Home MPC Pentium 100
RAM: 48meg
OS VERSION: Windows 98
SERVICE PACK:

DESCRIPTION:

When I click on a folder (Catalog Requests) in Outlook Express I receive the following error message:
"Msimn
This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If the problem persists, contact the program vendor."

It happened to several folders and I just deleted them and created new ones and they are working fine. However, this particular folder has information that I really hate to lose.

Background:
I installed Micrographix "Webtricity" about a month ago and all kinds of weird stuff started to happen. Their support personnel said that happens sometimes and recommended that I reformat all my hard drives. I tried to work it out but was unsuccessful and eventually had to reformat the drives. This and one other file in Excell are the only problems remaining from the Micrographix fiasco.

Thanks for anything you might be able to help with.

David
