Description:
I am trying to print envelopes in MSWord for Mac (Office 98)
via the Mail Merge feature. I successfully created the main
doc. and successfully merged it with the data into an on-
screen file. However, when I tell Word to print out the
envelopes, no luck. Word spools the doc to my Epson Stylus
Photo 700 printer. The print monitor receives the data then
automatically deletes the spooled doc. Other Word docs will
print, as will other docs from other programs. When I
thought it might be a printer driver problem, I removed the
original printer drivers and reinstalled them from the CD-
ROM.
I tried to submit this problem to Microsoft via the Web,
but the form would not submit. I got a mail error.

I saw last night you had submitted this question twice. No wthe first one has been closedŽ, but not this one. I'd just like to add that I think mail merge is not the problem, envelopes are. I've seen others with envelope problems on the Word-Mac list. To subscribe:
