Dear Gustavo,

My name is Vinko and I will attempt to assist you.

If you cannot see the USB Flash Drive on your desktop, it could be formated in such a way that your Mac does not recognize it as a storage device.

You can try using Disk Utility (found in your Utilities folder) to reformat it.

If you intend to share this USB Flash Drive both on the Mac and on Windows machines, then you choose the "MS-DOS (FAT)" format for the Volume Format selection.

I hope this helps.

Regards,

Hi Gustavo,

In that case there may be an issue with the USB Flash Drive. Are you able to or had you tried plugging it into another computer? If you are not able to, I suggest you return it to where you purchased it.
