Can anybody recomend a good newsreader for the Mac, I am currently using Unison but it seems fairly poor compared to windows applications like Newsleecher. I am really struggling to get the best out of my USENET subscription,

Thanks,

Mark.

Mark, welcome to macosx.com
(1)
I think these links can help you
http://www.pure-mac.com/usenet.html
http://downloads-zdnet.com.com/sort/...157-0-1-1.html
http://www.macupdate.com/internet.php?sub=9
(2) MaxNews
http://www.maxprog.com/Maxnews.html

I would say MacSoup, for having use it when I was on 9.x
http://home.snafu.de/stk/macsoup/
But also HogWasher
http://www.asar.com/cgi-bin/product.pl?8/index.html
because of the more intuitive interface

Philippe

Thanks philippe, I am mainly interested in downloading Movies, which would you suggest as an interface for somebody like me who doesn't really understand how all of this works?

Thanks,

Mark.

Mark, from where do you plan for downloading movies ?
If you think about the underground network -as said H.P. "the one we cannot pronounce the name" ;-) -, I can send you ideas on private mail, as this topic cannot be started on this site.
