You will have to activate and login as the root user...
The root user can change permisisons back so you can access your files....

To activate root, go into Applications/Utilities, and open NetInfo Manager. Once the application is open, you must enter an admin password, so that you can change the settings. Click on the padlock in the lower left corner and enter your admin password (the same password that you use as your login).

Once you have authenticated yourself, go to the menu Domain, Security, Authenticate. You are asked to create a root password. Once you have entered a password, and confirmed the password, go to Domain/Security, and click on enable root. That's it - root has now been enabled.

then logout as your user and login as the root user, do your business and logout as root.
