I keep getting a message to allocate more memory to AOL. How do I do that? Thank you for any help you can give.

Hi welcome to Nowonder

To allocate more memory - click once on the AOL (don't open) then go up to the menu bar to file then scroll down to get info. There AOL will show up in a box and on the bottom is a box called preferred size raise this figure up by 10000 (i.e. 5000 make it 15000). Best regards sharona@nowonder
