KNOWLEDGE LEVEL: Beginner

PROBLEM: Software
COMPUTER TYPE: ACer
MODEL: Pentium 100Mhz
RAM: 16meg
OS VERSION: Windows 95
SERVICE PACK: OSR1

DESCRIPTION:

Somebody messed up the COLOR DISPLAY in my office PC.
The screen display can only display 16 color. In the Control panel/Display, there are supposed to be 16 color, 256 color, 16-bit, 24-bit color etc but all that's left in the box is 16-color, the rest are all gone cos someone has deleted the drivers or what. How do I restore the color when the 16-bit color is not even listed in the DISPLAY panel.

Thank you

Rafael

dear Rafael
you need to install again your display driver and to check that your monitor is set correctly (try standard Svga 800*600)
