I have a 1GB USB flash drive and I was wondering if there was any software out there that would let me format it with two partitions. One Mac OS and one PC compliant.

Is this because you want to transfer unarchived applications and packages supported only by the Mac OS disk format? If not—if all of your flash drive copies will be individual files or folders of them, or things Zipped or otherwise archived to single files—then you should have no problem simply going with a DOS formatted flash drive. (Because Macs will read PC disks without question.)
Otherwise, back to the pool.

I use my flash drive to transfer files between my computer and others. I wanted my flash drive partioned that way so when I transfer stuff between my macs the pc machines wont be able to see my stuff but still be able to get files I put in the pc partition. That and when I leave it in the MS-DOS format some of the mac machines I plug it into dont want to give it up. They end up complaining of removal before use is done and some of my file become corrupt. If I erase it every now and then its not much of a problem but I would like something more convient.
Thanks
