If I close my Netscape browser or E-mail before opening PPP & disconnecting, the result is often a crash . Never a crash if I disconnect PPP first THEN close app's. Ever heard of sequence-function problems like this?

Hello,

It looks like you definitely have a software conflict. If you aren't using Open Transport/PPP or FreePPP 2.6.2 to connect to the internet, then I would recommend using one of those versions. I've used most of the FreePPP versions out, and 2.6.2 is by far the most stable.
