Description:
Have a HP 680c, running HP's driver 9.41, updating from 9.22
did not help. Whenever I print, after the spooling to disk
has finished, it calls for the print monitor. Then 2 other
dialog warning boxes come up saying that the color cartridge
is installed incorrectly, after I click OK on these boxes
it prints just fine, whether or not I do anything to the
cartridge, color is not used extensively, has been in printer
for a couple of months.
All we have done is unplug all connections to remodel and set
back up. Thanks.

Hi welcome to Nowonder

When the warning box starts coming up it means the ink cartridge is starting to lose its integrity the contacts are going bad. If you have a new cartridge replace the old and see if the warning goes away. Best regards sharona@nowonder
