Epson printer will not print. Error message says Out of paper. It does have paper. We rebooted. still nothing.

Parker,
It could be one of two things:
a. the parallel cable is defective , try replacing it
b. locate the paper sensors in the printer and cleen them, (if you dont know how to handle it please go to your local computer repair store, it's very simple of you know what to do.)
