TICKET ARCHIVE -> Quick Time Error

Computer Type: Apple
Model: Power Mac. 5400/200
RAM: Not related
RAM Enhancer: None
OS Version: System 7.5.5

Description:
I have Quick Time 3.
Playing Jack Nicklaus 4, for the Mac., By Macsoft.
When I hit a shot into water I'm getting the following.
Quick Time Error Error-43 (ok) or (cancel)
I hit cancel, and this comes up.
The application "Jack 4" has unexpectedly quit, because an error of
type 1 occurred. (ok)
I hit ok, and it goes to Design 4 & Jack 4 icons.
If I pull the Water.SMK icon out of the Jack folder. Then it skipps
the ball landing in the water, and I play on.
Please tell me how to fix this.

I think I have MacOS version 7.5.5
In your April,& May CD's you have 8.1 update.
How can I get the 8.0 ? so I can use the 8.1 update.

Hi Jim and welcome to No Wonder

Error -43 means file not found.

Did this error only start after you installed QuickTime 3.0?

Try reinstalling the game.

To use OS8.1, you have to purchase OS8.0 first. You can purchase OS8.1 with OS8.0 on the same CD.
